Shipping policy
Delivery
Depending on your location, we ship our products using DHL, DPD or PostNL via our sending partner Sendcloud. We do our utmost best to send out your order within 2 working days after receiving the payment. Orders received on weekends or National Holidays will begin processing the next working day.
When you order a product with a longer delivery time in combination with a stock product, we wait until your order is complete before shipping it to you.
For Europe and other countries, the expected shipment time is 2-3, 4-6 and 8-12 working days. If you have an urgent request please send us an email.

Sending costs
Within the Netherlands € 5,90 for home delivery and € 5,00 for servicepoint delivery. We offer free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium on orders above € 100,-
You may be charged for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country. These charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
