Refund & Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), you are always entitled to return your items within 14 days from the time of delivery.
When you want to return your product(s), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of the product(s) you wish to return, the order number and your bank account number. Please also inform us of the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our products and our service. Our return address is Leeuwarderweg 18, 1025RW Amsterdam.
Please keep in mind that only unused, undamaged merchandise may be returned. Please include the original sales receipt.
Exchanging an item for a different style is not possible. In that case, the order will be refunded, any new items can be bought in the online store.
You can return your online order by post.
- Please note, the shipping costs for returns are on your own expense.
- Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment.
- We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you proof of posting. Lost packages will not be refunded.
- Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged and with the labels attached.
- Once your return has been well received, you will receive a creditnote email with your refund details.
Generally we process returns the same day as receiving the returned item. After this, within 10 days the refund will be on your bank account.

If Nona Amsterdam sent the wrong item or the product appears to be defect upon arrival, notify us within 14 days from receiving the product. We will refund the return shipping costs and send you the new and correct product as soon as possible, if stock is available.
